Students learn advanced courses across finance catering to careers in Corporate Finance Mergers and Acquisition Business Valuation and Modelling Investment Management Risk Management Financial planning Private equity Wealth management and Management Consulting. On the Analytics front students will learn to code programme and handle complex data sets with algorithms. They’ll learn to use tools such as Python R VBA Power BI SQL and will develop skills to interpret and convert data into valuable insights and use them to create business strategies and drive business decisions. They will also learn few courses pertaining to data science techniques such as predictive modelling optimization techniques advanced statistics and machine learning. At the end students learn about visualization and presentation of insights. The course is systematically designed with capstone projects specifically to cater to analytics-based courses in various domains such as – Retail Web and social media Supply chain and logistics Health care
Banking Insurance Finance and Accounting and start-ups where industry partners mentor and evaluate the projects along with faculty mentors. At the end of the programme the student is ready to face the futuristic world with two powerful skill sets pertaining to a highly growing field of Finance and Analytics.
BCom (Applied Finance and Analytics Honours)
The fourth year will focus on the advanced level of knowledge in the field of Applied Finance and Analytics. The students will have project work in the final semester. The students who successfully complete the fourth year/eighth semesters and satisfy the minimum credit requirement as per NEP guidelines will be awarded with a BCom (Applied Finance and Analytics Honours) degree.
BCom (Applied Finance and Analytics with Research)
Students who secure 75% marks and above in the first six semesters and wish to undertake research at the undergraduate level can choose a research stream in the fourth year. They should do a research project or dissertation under the guidance of a faculty member of the University. The research project/dissertation will be in the major discipline. The students who secure 160 credits including 12 credits from a research project/dissertation will be awarded the BCom (Applied Finance and Analytics Honours with Research) degree.

Applicants may apply online for the programme from 8th December 2023 on the University website till the date of applications officially closing.
Applications for each programme will close approximately a week before the scheduled selection process.
All applicants must visit the page: https://app.christuniversity.in and register by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID and set a password.
(The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages). An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme is fulfilled.
Applicants must have the following documents before filling the application online:

Copy of statement of marks of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result (Mandatory). -
Fill in all the details in the “detailed application” page. Scan and upload a recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background not more than 100 kb) and click “Submit”. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on the screen. In case you need to make any corrections; you may edit the data/details and then click “Confirm Submission”. -
Applicants will have an option to choose the selection process venue and date, before making the payment for the application. -
Payment may be made through card/UPI/net banking. After successful payment, click on submit. A 9 (Nine) digit Application number will be generated. If unable to print the application form due to system/power/internet failure, logon to https://app.christuniversity.in, under the “Application Status” page enter the registered Email-ID and password to view and print the application form.
(After payment if you do not receive the 9 (Nine) digit application number, then your application process is incomplete, and payment will go in for refund process. The refund will take about 15 working days and must be checked with your bank).

All applicants must make a note of the username, password, application number of the, programme applied for and the selection process date for all further purposes. -
The Important Dates section must be referred to before filling the application, or candidates can choose the selection process venue and dates while filling the application online. -
No request for change of date will be entertained. -
The selection process will be conducted on the dates chosen (start date of process will be indicated in the application) while filling out the application or as announced by the office of admissions. Selection process will be held in person at the venue opted while filling the application. Kindly upload all the qualification-related documents (class 10 and class 11/12), in the given link on your application status login page under the document upload tab within Five (5) days after submitting the application form online. Else your application will be rejected.

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:
Produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores
Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for
Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.
Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.
Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.

Students are welcome to apply under the Non Resident Indian category for the programmes offered by the University.
Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme.

Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit. -
Indian citizen financed by any Institution / agency outside India, even if parents are Residents of India. -
Indian Citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign / Indian syllabus outside India. -
NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the programme for candidates who:

Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from outside India. -
Are NRI and candidates who have applied under NRI category.
Admission to all programmes is based on academic achievement and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Selection Process. Candidates should submit the final results of class 12 on or before August 30th of the admission year.

Admission Process
Selection process results will be available on https://app.christuniversity.in Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission. The offer will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission.
All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.

Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process. -
Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission. -
As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode. -

Fees for the first year including the Admission Registration fee must be paid in full as part of the admission process.

Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt (Mandatory). -
Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt / PAN Card / Voter ID Card). -
Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit: a) Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).

Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and -
Resident Permit (RP) (If available while applying)
All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process.
An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing/passing their exam in March – June – 2024], must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before 20 August 2024.
Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.
All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process and must carry relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card).
The University ID card is a smart card, which is both an ID cum ATM card with a chip containing the student personal details. All transactions within the University campus after commencement of classes, including fee payment will be processed only through this card. It is also an access card for Library and other restricted places.
Selected candidates who fall under International student category (ISC) should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Bengaluru, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Bengaluru.
The date of commencement of the academic Year 2024 will be intimated during the admission process.

Selection Process
Eligibility
Eligibility for the programme is a pass with a minimum of 70% at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / State Boards) in the Commerce stream from any recognised Board in India.
Candidates writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2024 may apply with their class X and XI marks.
Students pursuing International curriculum must note that eligibility is according to AIU stipulations:
Applicants pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.
Applicants pursuing GCE / Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A levels with a grade not less than C.

NRI fee is applicable for the first year for candidates who have studied foreign syllabus (has to be approved by UGC / AIU) in the qualifying examination of study in India. In subsequent years Other Indian States fee will be applicable.
(The above condition is not applicable to NRI and candidates applied under NRI Category).

Application Process
Applicants may apply online for the programme from 8th December 2023 on the University website till the date of applications officially closing.
Applications for each programme will close approximately a week before the scheduled selection process.
All applicants must visit the page: https://app.christuniversity.in and register by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID and set a password.
(The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages). An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme is fulfilled.
Applicants must have the following documents before filling the application online:

Copy of statement of marks of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result (Mandatory). -
Fill in all the details in the “detailed application” page. Scan and upload a recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background not more than 100 kb) and click “Submit”. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on the screen. In case you need to make any corrections; you may edit the data/details and then click “Confirm Submission”. -
Applicants will have an option to choose the selection process venue and date, before making the payment for the application. -
Payment may be made through card/UPI/net banking. After successful payment, click on submit. A 9 (Nine) digit Application number will be generated. If unable to print the application form due to system/power/internet failure, logon to https://app.christuniversity.in, under the “Application Status” page enter the registered Email-ID and password to view and print the application form.
(After payment if you do not receive the 9 (Nine) digit application number, then your application process is incomplete, and payment will go in for refund process. The refund will take about 15 working days and must be checked with your bank).

Candidates falling under any of these categories (PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) must send the required supporting documents (Copy of Passport, Copy of PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable and Copy of Class 10 and Class 11/12 Marks card) in an A4 size Envelope ONLY through Registered Post / Courier to The Co-ordinator, Office of International Affairs, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560 029, Karnataka, India, Phone: +91 80 4012 9439. -
Kindly take a print of the application form and keep it for reference. -
All applicants must make a note of the username, password, application number of the, programme applied for and the selection process date for all further purposes. -
The Important Dates section must be referred to before filling the application, or candidates can choose the selection process venue and dates while filling the application online. -
No request for change of date will be entertained. -
The selection process will be conducted on the dates chosen (start date of process will be indicated in the application) while filling out the application or as announced by the office of admissions. Selection process will be held in person at the venue opted while filling the application. Kindly upload all the qualification-related documents (class 10 and class 11/12), in the given link on your application status login page under the document upload tab within Five (5) days after submitting the application form online. Else your application will be rejected.
Note: The Admit card for the programme will be updated ONE or TWO days before the scheduled process and can be accessed from https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/.
It is required to have all the original marks cards available and a photo identity card for verification at any stage of the selection process.

Produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores
Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for
Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.
Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.
Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the following options to apply for any programme at Christ University.

NRI Category
Students are welcome to apply under the Non Resident Indian category for the programmes offered by the University.
Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme.

NRI defined under the Indian Income Tax Law -
Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit. -
Indian citizen financed by any Institution / agency outside India, even if parents are Residents of India. -
Indian Citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign / Indian syllabus outside India. -
NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the programme for candidates who:

Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from outside India. -
Are NRI and candidates who have applied under NRI category.
Admission to all programmes is based on academic achievement and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Selection Process. Candidates should submit the final results of class 12 on or before August 30th of the admission year.
Applicants must read through the Selection process, Fee Structure and other details under the preferred programme given on our website before proceeding with the application process.
Admission Process
Selection process results will be available on https://app.christuniversity.in Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission. The offer will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission.
All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.

Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process. -
Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission. -
As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode. -
Payment options and details will be available in the Offer of admission. -
Fees for the first year including the Admission Registration fee must be paid in full as part of the admission process.
Selected applicants must download the E-Admission Card and be personally present at the Office of Admissions of the selected campus with all original marks cards and one set of photocopies to be submitted for verification at the time of admission. Parents (at least one parent) are requested to accompany the student for the admission process

Class 10 Marks Statement and Class 11/12 Marks Statement (Mandatory). -
Qualified NATA 2024 scorecard or JEE 2024 If written (Mandatory). -
Transfer Certificate (TC) of Class 12 from the last qualified institution must be submitted by 20 August 2024 (Mandatory). -
Migration Certificate of Class 12 (applicable for all candidates except Karnataka state board applicants) must be submitted by 20 August 2024 (Mandatory). -
One Stamp size and one passport size photograph formal dress with white background (Mandatory). -
Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt (Mandatory). -
Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt / PAN Card / Voter ID Card). -
Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit: a) Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).

PIO / OCI have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory). -
Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and -
Resident Permit (RP) (If available while applying)
All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process.
An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing/passing their exam in March – June – 2024], must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before 20 August 2024.
Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.
All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process and must carry relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card).
The University ID card is a smart card, which is both an ID cum ATM card with a chip containing the student personal details. All transactions within the University campus after commencement of classes, including fee payment will be processed only through this card. It is also an access card for Library and other restricted places.
Selected candidates who fall under International student category (ISC) should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Bengaluru, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Bengaluru.
The date of commencement of the academic Year 2024 will be intimated during the admission process.

All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost if required by the department. -
Admitted students who wish to avail bank loan will be provided a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions. -
The decision of the admission committee is final and binding.

The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website. -
If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it. -
Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier. -
All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules. -
Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions, and guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfillment of any stipulated process. -
It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs. -
Fees should be paid within the stipulated date for the first year and before the commencement of final examinations of the 2nd semester, 4th Semester, 6th Semester, and 8th Semester for the consecutive years. -
All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost. -
Admitted student who wish to avail Bank Loan will be provided a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions. -
The decision of the Admission Committee is final and binding.

Selection Process
Eligibility
Eligibility for the programme is a pass with a minimum of 70% at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / State Boards) in the Commerce stream from any recognised Board in India.
Candidates writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2024 may apply with their class X and XI marks.
Students pursuing International curriculum must note that eligibility is according to AIU stipulations:
Applicants pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.
Applicants pursuing GCE / Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A levels with a grade not less than C.
Applicants pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.
Applicants pursuing GCE / Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A levels with a grade not less than C.

# The fee for Karnataka domicile students, as indicated in the table, is the actual fee payable and excludes the scholarship amount.

NRI fee is applicable for the first year for candidates who have studied foreign syllabus (has to be approved by UGC / AIU) in the qualifying examination of study in India. In subsequent years Other Indian States fee will be applicable.
(The above condition is not applicable to NRI and candidates applied under NRI Category).

NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the Programme for candidates who:
- Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from outside India.
- Are NRI and candidates who have applied under the NRI category.

To claim the Indian category fee, the candidates should have studied last 7 years in India. (Not applicable for OCI, PIO and Foreign Nationals). -
Admission registration fee of INR 5000/- is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of admission. This fee will be apart from cancellation charges if applicable. -
All Candidates If “Selected” after appearing for the final selection process, the fee may be paid through the following option: Payment can be made through Net banking / NEFT / RTGS Payment / Transfer of fees does not guarantee admission.
