INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Candidates are required to apply online only through the University website www.christuniversity.in No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

Candidates should thoroughly go through the programme eligibility criteria, etc. before applying.

All applicants are required to create a one-time registration ID to be able to apply for the programme of their choice. They can create the Login ID by Using the following link https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/

• Step-1 Procedure to Register as a New applicant

• 
  One-time registration: This registration allows you to apply for multiple programs using the same Registration ID.
• 
  Fill in your details: Enter your name as per your class 10 school certificate, a valid email ID, mobile number, WhatsApp number for further communication, date of birth, and create a password. Reconfirm the password. Ensure all data is correct before submission, as you cannot edit this personal information later. Click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration.
• 
  Verify with OTP: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP in the given section and click on the ‘Proceed’ button. If you do not find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.

• Step-2 Procedure to Login

  Login with your credentials: Use your registered email ID and password to log in. Enter them correctly in the respective fields.
• 
  Click on the Login button: After entering your details, click on the ‘Login’ button.
• 
  Forgot password?: If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the necessary steps to reset it.

• Step-3 Steps you need to follow to fill out your personal information in the application form:

  Select the program: Choose the program and campus to which you want to apply. If there is an option to choose preferences, kindly choose the preference accordingly. All candidates must meet the program specific eligibility criteria. (Eligibility criteria for the program is available on the admissions page on the University website). Ensure all data is correct before proceeding to next step, as you cannot edit this information later.
• 
  Photograph: Upload a photo (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background only not more than 100 kb). Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices will result in rejection of the application.
• 
  Read the terms and conditions: Carefully read the terms and conditions and select the declaration box below.
• 
  Personal information: Fill in your personal information, sports achievements (if any), and extracurricular details (if any).
• 
  Parent/guardian information: Provide your current and permanent addresses, along with your parent and guardian information.
• 
  Educational details: Fill in your educational details and upload clear scanned copies of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result. *Applications with no marks cards or unclear scanned copies will be rejected and termed as Not Eligible.
• 
  Preview your application: Review the details you have entered. If there are any corrections needed, edit and preview the application form again. Once submitted, the details cannot be corrected, so ensure everything is accurate before submitting.
• 
  Select the date and centre for the selection process: Refer to the Important Dates section before filling out the application. Choose the appropriate date and centre for the selection process based on the program you are applying for. No requests for date/venue changes will be entertained.
• 
  The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.
• 
  Applicants must save the information as they proceed from page to page.

• Step-4 Application Fee Payment:

• 
  Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.
• 
  Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that the application registration fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.
• 
  Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.
• 
  Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
• 
  Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.
• 
  Printing the Application: A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login until the selection process is completed.

• Applicants must note:

  Documents: Original marks cards of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result and valid ID proof will be verified during the selection process. Applicants writting their class 12 exam must carry class 11 final report (Mandatory).
• 
  Selection Process: Conducted on the date and venue chosen during the application process or as announced by the office of admissions. The Selection Process will be held in person at the selected date and venue.
• 
  All communication will be through the applicant’s login only.

International Category

• Candidates falling under any of the below mentioned categories must apply under the International Student Category:
• Foreign citizens
• PIO card holders
• OCI (Dual Citizens)

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:

produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores

Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for

Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.

Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.

Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the option to apply for any programme at Christ University.

Students are welcome to apply under the Non-Resident Indian category for the programmes offered by the University. Application process is common for all category of applicants

Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme

  NRI defined under the Indian Income Tax Law
• 
  Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit.
• 
  Indian citizen financed by any Institution / agency outside India, even if parents are Residents of India.
• 
  Indian Citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign / Indian syllabus outside India.
• 
  NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the (UG/PG/PhD) programme for candidates who:

Admission Process – 2025

1. Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.
2. Results Access: Results can be accessed at this link: https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
3. E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
4. Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
5. Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.

To process admission:

1. Select Date and Time: Choose your preferred date and time from the available options.
2. Campus Admission: Admission must be processed at the campus where the offer of admission is made
3. Admission has to be processed as per point (1). Admission will not be processed without the presence of CANDIDATE along with mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one full set of black and white photocopies (xerox) of all the documents mentioned below (MANDATORY):

• Class 10 and Class 12 Marks Statements (Mandatory).
• Undergraduate Degree Marks Card: (Semester/Year/Consolidated) If results are awaited, then marks card till the last semester/year (Mandatory).
• Provisional (PDC) or Degree Certificate (DC): If graduated before November 2024, must be submitted by 30 September 2025 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
• Transfer Certificate (TC): Of an undergraduate degree from the last qualified institution (Mandatory) must be submitted by 30 September 2025 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.

• Work Experience: Candidates who are applying for the Dual Degree MBA (CU) + MBA, (THWS, Germany) Programme should submit the work related documents (Joining Letter/Experience Letter with Latest Salary Slip) (Full Time/Family Business also considered) with one or more year of work experience (Mandatory).

1. Document Submission:
   • All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification.
   • An undertaking for pending original documents (for exams in March-June 2025) must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by 30 September 2025 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
   • Failure to submit pending documents will result in termination of admission.
2. Bank Account Requirement:
   • All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process.
   • Relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) is required.
3. University ID Card:
   • The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
   • All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
4. International Students:
   • Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
5. Commencement of Academic Year:
   • The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated during the admission process.
6. Caution:
   • The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
   • Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
7. Bank Loan Assistance:
   • Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
8. Laptop:
   • Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

1. Final Decision:
   • Student allotment in the program of their choice among the various campuses located in Bangalore (Central, Kengeri, Bannerghatta, and Yeshwantpur), Lavasa (Pune), and Delhi NCR Campus of CHRIST University shall be at the sole discretion of the Management. The decision of the Admission Committee is final.

  The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website.
• 
  If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it.
• 
  Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier.
• 
  Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions, and guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfillment of any stipulated process.
• 
  The University shall allot the seat to the selected MBA (Central/Kengeri) candidate in the Bangalore Central campus or Kengeri campus based on the availability of seats.
• 
  All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.
• 
  It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.
• 
  Fees should be paid within the stipulated date for the first year and before the commencement of final examinations of the 2nd semester, 4th Semester, 6th Semester, and 8th Semester for the consecutive years.
• 
  All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost.
• 
  Admitted student who wish to avail Bank Loan will be provided a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.

Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2025“ during the GD_MP. 13. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “Application Status” from our website and print the same. 14. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied. 15. Important: Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

Eligibility

The valid test scores of the following tests held in 2024 and 2025 will be accepted (Aug MAT 2024 | Dec MAT 2024 | Nov/Dec CAT 2024 | Feb MAT 2025 | CMAT 2025 | XAT 2025 | ATMA 2025 | GMAT 2024 / 2025 | GRE 2024 / 2025). Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). During the first semester in VCU, students are generally encouraged to focus on studies as transition into new education system could be challenging. However, students may opt to work on campus during the second semester. The very top students with excellent academic record and superior communication skills are usually invited to apply for a limited number of Graduate Assistanceship positions. Others may have to consider non-academic positions.

OPTIONAL PRACTICAL TRAINING (OPT)
OPT is a paid internship facility provided for international students to undertake paid internship under student visa (work visa not required). The main purpose of OPT is to help students acquire practical experience in the field of their study. Normal duration of OPT is 12 months. However, students in STEM specializations viz., Information Systems and Decision Analytics can extend OPT by another two years (24 months).

HOSTEL FACILITIES
It is compulsory for students to stay in hostels on VCU campus. Students can choose either a single room or a double sharing room. Each hostel unit will have 2-4 rooms, a living room with furniture and fully equipped kitchenette. Though TV is not provided in the units, students may purchase their own TV on arrival.

  Select the program: Choose the program and campus to which you want to apply. If there is an option to choose preferences, kindly choose the preference accordingly. All candidates must meet the program specific eligibility criteria. (Eligibility criteria for the program is available on the admissions page on the University website). Ensure all data is correct before proceeding to next step, as you cannot edit this information later.

  Photograph: Upload a photo (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background only not more than 100 kb). Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices will result in rejection of the application.

  Read the terms and conditions: Carefully read the terms and conditions and select the declaration box below.
• 
  Personal information: Fill in your personal information, sports achievements (if any), and extracurricular details (if any).
• 
  Parent/guardian information: Provide your current and permanent addresses, along with your parent and guardian information.
• 
  Educational details: Fill in your educational details and upload clear scanned copies of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result. *Applications with no marks cards or unclear scanned copies will be rejected and termed as Not Eligible.
• 
  Preview your application: Review the details you have entered. If there are any corrections needed, edit and preview the application form again. Once submitted, the details cannot be corrected, so ensure everything is accurate before submitting.

  Select the date and centre for the selection process: Refer to the Important Dates section before filling out the application. Choose the appropriate date and centre for the selection process based on the program you are applying for. No requests for date/venue changes will be entertained.
• 
  The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.

  Applicants must save the information as they proceed from page to page.

• Step-4 Application Fee Payment:

• 
  Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.
• 
  Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that the application registration fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.
• 
  Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.
• 
  Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
• 
  Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.
• 
  Printing the Application: A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login until the selection process is completed.

  Documents: Original marks cards of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result and valid ID proof will be verified during the selection process. Applicants writting their class 12 exam must carry class 11 final report (Mandatory).

International Category

• Candidates falling under any of the below mentioned categories must apply under the International Student Category:
• Foreign citizens
• PIO card holders
• OCI (Dual Citizens)

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:

produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores

Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for

Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.

Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.

Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the option to apply for any programme at Christ University.

Students are welcome to apply under the Non-Resident Indian category for the programmes offered by the University. Application process is common for all category of applicants

Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme

  Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit.

Admission Process – 2025

1. Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.
2. Results Access: Results can be accessed at this link: https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
3. E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
4. Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
5. Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.

To process admission:

2. Bank Account Requirement:
   • All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process.
   • Relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) is required.
3. University ID Card:
   • The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
   • All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
4. International Students:
   • Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
5. Commencement of Academic Year:
   • The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated during the admission process.
6. Caution:
   • The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
   • Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
7. Bank Loan Assistance:
   • Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
8. Laptop:
   • Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

  The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website.
• 
  If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it.
• 
  Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier.
• 
  Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions, and guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfillment of any stipulated process.
• 
  The University shall allot the seat to the selected MBA (Central/Kengeri) candidate in the Bangalore Central campus or Kengeri campus based on the availability of seats.
• 
  All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.
• 
  It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.

The valid test scores of the following tests held in 2024 and 2025 will be accepted (Aug MAT 2024 | Dec MAT 2024 | Nov/Dec CAT 2024 | Feb MAT 2025 | CMAT 2025 | XAT 2025 | ATMA 2025 | GMAT 2024 / 2025 | GRE 2024 / 2025). Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Programme Overview This double MBA program is offered by CHRIST University and Western Michigan University. Students who graduate from the program will receive an MBA in the chosen specialization (Marketing/Finance/Lean Operations and Systems/Human Resources/Business Analytics/Entrepreneurship & Innovation) from CHRIST University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. The program offered by Western Michigan University is predominantly cross-functional and oriented towards developing general management and strategic business competencies among students. the students will have opportunities to choose courses from within and outside Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. Placement

This program offers a dual degree option with MBA from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and MBA from Western Michigan University, USA, through credit transfer facility. Students will spend the initial 12 months at the CHRIST (Deemed to be University) main campus and complete the entire first year MBA curriculum including an internship. Students then visit the WMU campus in the US and stay for the duration of 12 months. Students will obtain two degrees from two universities in two years with an international exposure of 9 months or more in the USA. Students may also extend their U.S. degree completion if desired. Students enrolling at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), for this program will be doing the first year of their MBA courses at CHRIST School of Business and Management. The second year, consisting of seven courses (21 credits) will be completed at the Haworth College of Business in the United States. The valid test scores of the following tests held in 2024 and 2025 will be accepted (Aug MAT 2024 | Dec MAT 2024 | Nov/Dec CAT 2024 | Feb MAT 2025 | CMAT 2025 | XAT 2025 | ATMA 2025 | GMAT 2024 / 2025 | GRE 2024 / 2025). Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme

Admission Process – 2025

1. Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.
2. Results Access: Results can be accessed at this link: https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
3. E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
4. Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
5. Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.

3. University ID Card:
   • The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
   • All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
4. International Students:
   • Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
5. Commencement of Academic Year:
   • The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated during the admission process.
6. Caution:
   • The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
   • Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
7. Bank Loan Assistance:
   • Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
8. Laptop:
   • Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

  One-time registration: This registration allows you to apply for multiple programs using the same Registration ID.

  Fill in your details: Enter your name as per your class 10 school certificate, a valid email ID, mobile number, WhatsApp number for further communication, date of birth, and create a password. Reconfirm the password. Ensure all data is correct before submission, as you cannot edit this personal information later. Click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration.

  Verify with OTP: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP in the given section and click on the ‘Proceed’ button. If you do not find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.

  Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.

  Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that the application registration fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.

  Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.

  Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.

  Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.

• Candidates falling under any of the below mentioned categories must apply under the International Student Category:

• OCI (Dual Citizens)

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:

produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores

Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for

Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.

Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.

Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the option to apply for any programme at Christ University.

Admission Process – 2025

1. Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.
2. Results Access: Results can be accessed at this link: https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
3. E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
4. Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
5. Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.

To process admission:

2. Bank Account Requirement:
   • All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process.
   • Relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) is required.
3. University ID Card:
   • The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
   • All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
4. International Students:
   • Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
5. Commencement of Academic Year:
   • The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated during the admission process.
6. Caution:
   • The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
   • Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
7. Bank Loan Assistance:
   • Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
8. Laptop:
   • Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

  The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website.
• 
  If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it.
• 
  Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier.
• 
  Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions, and guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfillment of any stipulated process.

  The University shall allot the seat to the selected MBA (Central/Kengeri) candidate in the Bangalore Central campus or Kengeri campus based on the availability of seats.
• 
  All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.
• 
  It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Candidates are required to apply online only through the University website www.christuniversity.in No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

Candidates should thoroughly go through the programme eligibility criteria, etc. before applying.

All applicants are required to create a one-time registration ID to be able to apply for the programme of their choice. They can create the Login ID by Using the following link https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/

• Step-1 Procedure to Register as a New applicant

• 
  One-time registration: This registration allows you to apply for multiple programs using the same Registration ID.
• 
  Fill in your details: Enter your name as per your class 10 school certificate, a valid email ID, mobile number, WhatsApp number for further communication, date of birth, and create a password. Reconfirm the password. Ensure all data is correct before submission, as you cannot edit this personal information later. Click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration.
• 
  Verify with OTP: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP in the given section and click on the ‘Proceed’ button. If you do not find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.

• Step-2 Procedure to Login

  Login with your credentials: Use your registered email ID and password to log in. Enter them correctly in the respective fields.
• 
  Click on the Login button: After entering your details, click on the ‘Login’ button.
• 
  Forgot password?: If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the necessary steps to reset it.

• Step-3 Steps you need to follow to fill out your personal information in the application form:

  Select the program: Choose the program and campus to which you want to apply. If there is an option to choose preferences, kindly choose the preference accordingly. All candidates must meet the program specific eligibility criteria. (Eligibility criteria for the program is available on the admissions page on the University website). Ensure all data is correct before proceeding to next step, as you cannot edit this information later.
• 
  Photograph: Upload a photo (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background only not more than 100 kb). Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices will result in rejection of the application.
• 
  Read the terms and conditions: Carefully read the terms and conditions and select the declaration box below.
• 
  Personal information: Fill in your personal information, sports achievements (if any), and extracurricular details (if any).
• 
  Parent/guardian information: Provide your current and permanent addresses, along with your parent and guardian information.
• 
  Educational details Fill in your educational details and upload clear scanned copies of class 10, class12, undergraduate degree, work experience letter (if mandatory) depending on the program’s eligibility criteria. Applicants in their final year of an undergraduate degree must enter the marks up to the previous semester/year. *Applications with no marks cards, other mandatory documents or unclear scanned copies will be rejected and termed as Not Eligible.

  Preview your application: Review the details you have entered. If there are any corrections needed, edit and preview the application form again. Once submitted, the details cannot be corrected, so ensure everything is accurate before submitting.
• 
  Select the date and centre for the selection process: Refer to the Important Dates section before filling out the application. Choose the appropriate date and centre for the selection process based on the program you are applying for. No requests for date/venue changes will be entertained.
• 
  The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.
• 
  Applicants must save the information as they proceed from page to page.

• Step-4 Application Fee Payment:

• 
  Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.
• 
  Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that the application registration fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.
• 
  Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.
• 
  Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
• 
  Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.
• 
  Printing the Application: A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login until the selection process is completed.

• Applicants must note:

  Documents: Original marks cards of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result and valid ID proof will be verified during the selection process. Applicants writting their class 12 exam must carry class 11 final report (Mandatory).
• 
  Selection Process: Conducted on the date and venue chosen during the application process or as announced by the office of admissions. The Selection Process will be held in person at the selected date and venue.
•

International Category

• Candidates falling under any of the below mentioned categories must apply under the International Student Category:
• Foreign citizens
• PIO card holders
• OCI (Dual Citizens)

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:

produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores

Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for

Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.

Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.

Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the option to apply for any programme at Christ University.

NRI Category

Students are welcome to apply under the Non-Resident Indian category for the programmes offered by the University. Application process is common for all category of applicants

Students who fall under any of the following classifications can apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the programme

  Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit.

Admission to all programmes is based on academic performance and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Selection Process.

Admission Process – 2025

1. Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.
2. Results Access: Results can be accessed at this link: https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
3. E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
4. Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
5. Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.

To process admission:

1. Select Date and Time: Choose your preferred date and time from the available options.
2. Campus Admission: Admission must be processed at the campus where the offer of admission is made
3. Admission has to be processed as per point (1). Admission will not be processed without the presence of CANDIDATE along with mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one full set of black and white photocopies (xerox) of all the documents mentioned below (MANDATORY):

• Class 10 and Class 12 Marks Statements (Mandatory).
• Undergraduate Degree Marks Card: (Semester/Year/Consolidated) If results are awaited, then marks card till the last semester/year (Mandatory).
• Provisional (PDC) or Degree Certificate (DC): If graduated before November 2024, must be submitted by 30 September 2025 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.

1. Document Submission:
   • All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification.
   • An undertaking for pending original documents (for exams in March-June 2025) must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by 30 September 2025 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
   • Failure to submit pending documents will result in termination of admission.
2. Bank Account Requirement:
   • All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process.
   • Relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) is required.
3. University ID Card:
   • The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
   • All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
4. International Students:
   • Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
5. Commencement of Academic Year:
   • The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated during the admission process.
6. Caution:
   • The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
   • Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
7. Bank Loan Assistance:
   • Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
8. Laptop:
   • Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

1. Final Decision:
   • Student allotment in the program of their choice among the various campuses located in Bangalore (Central, Kengeri, Bannerghatta, and Yeshwantpur), Lavasa (Pune), and Delhi NCR Campus of CHRIST University shall be at the sole discretion of the Management.   The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website.
• 
  If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it.
• 
  Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier.
• 
  Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions, and guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfillment of any stipulated process.
• 
  The University shall allot the seat to the selected MBA (Central/Kengeri) candidate in the Bangalore Central campus or Kengeri campus based on the availability of seats.
• 
  All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.
• 
  It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.
• 
  Fees should be paid within the stipulated date for the first year and before the commencement of final examinations of the 2nd semester, 4th Semester, 6th Semester, and 8th Semester for the consecutive years.
• 
  All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost.

10. Cellular phone, other electronic gadgets etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) at any Centre.
12. All candidates are requested to prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2025“ during the GD_MP.
13. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “Application Status” from our website and print the same.
14. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
15. Important: Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-June 2025 are also eligible to apply.

THWS Eligibility
Students should have a minimum score of 2.5 GPA (German grade conversion) in their undergraduate program.
1-year professional work experience is mandatory to apply to this program
Students should clear German language A1 before the completion of the MBA program
For MBA (CU) + MBA (WMU, USA): Students must also obtain a minimum composite score of 450 in GMAT or 295 in GRE before students formally apply for WMU admission which will be during September 2025. (Mandatory).

9. Request for change in Selection Process dates / timings and change in Centre will not be entertained. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not Selected”.
10. Cellular phone, other electronic gadgets etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) at any Centre.
12. All candidates are requested to prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2025“ during the GD_MP.
13. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “Application Status” from our website and print the same.
14. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.

Eligibility

The valid test scores of the following tests held in 2024 and 2025 will be accepted (Aug MAT 2024 | Dec MAT 2024 | Nov/Dec CAT 2024 | Feb MAT 2025 | CMAT 2025 | XAT 2025 | ATMA 2025 | GMAT 2024 / 2025 | GRE 2024 / 2025).

Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-June 2025 are also eligible to apply.

THWS Eligibility
Students should have a minimum score of 2.5 GPA (German grade conversion) in their undergraduate program.
1-year professional work experience is mandatory to apply to this program
Students should clear German language A1 before the completion of the MBA program
For MBA (CU) + MBA (WMU, USA): Students must also obtain a minimum composite score of 450 in GMAT or 295 in GRE before students formally apply for WMU admission which will be during September 2025. (Mandatory).
